Key management Managing and safely storing your house keys in an approved key safe. Your keys are stored in code, the keys cannot be traced back to an address. The same applies to the alarm code.	Custody only

Inspection of locks and any alarm Locks are checked for any forced entry damage, and if desired, the alarm can be tested for proper functionality.
Operation of roller shutters and sun blinds The roller shutters are tested for operation, as are the sun blinds
Water (leakage) and electricity check Visual check for water damage, and the correct functioning of indoor and outdoor lighting (if present)
Flushing sinks and toilets All sinks, sinks, (outdoor) taps and toilets are flushed for at least 5 minutes against legionella bacteria.
Ventilate the home Upon entry, all windows and doors opposite each other are opened for the duration that we are present.
Extra check in the event of a storm ( € ) If there has been a storm, we will do an extra check to see if everything is still intact, and we will check for any damage, which will then be reported and whether additional action is required.		surcharge	surcharge
Photo report of the inspection via email Photos are taken of all imperfections and sent to the customer by email. The customer can forward the supplied photos to the insurance company, for example.
Collecting mail Collecting the mail from the (outside) mailbox, which is placed on the table
Watering plants If you have plants or other plants, they will be watered upon request during our visit. This applies to both indoor and outdoor plants.
Damage assessment A report is drawn up for each damage, and this is communicated to the customer for any further action(s).
Swimming pool inspection Visually checking the swimming pool and, if desired, turning on the filter system as long as we are present in the home. Cleaning the pool before arrival can be an additional option.
Pest control If pests are found, we will report this, if there is a pest, a professional company can be hired at the request of the owner.
Additional control check free check				1x per year	2x per year
Control salvage and parking Check salvage and parking every time we visit.
Presence during work If work needs to be done on your home or garden, we can be present during this work, with a maximum of 2 hours per month. Additional hours can be performed on a subsequent calculation basis.
Shopping We can provide a stocked refrigerator. This is an extra VIP service, and the cost of groceries + 15% of these costs will be charged.					Cost + 15%
